I love the idea of adding some hand quilting, I'm glad mine inspired you to do the same. :) It's time-consuming but totally worth it.

As for the lines in the photos, I can't see them here, but I know exactly what you're talking about. I have the same problem & can't ever seem to get around it so I just deal with it. It is odd that they don't show up once you put them onto Flickr, I've never noticed whether mine are still messed up at that point or not.Breehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05187644809917082275noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4778503565905793642.post-46466884541804677332012-07-11T11:51:08.143-04:002012-07-11T11:51:08.143-04:00What a beautiful quilt! (I am overly simplifying what happens, but I assume most people don't really care about what the computer is doing. :)

Flickr will often actually re-size the image instead of just showing it smaller. Again, I am over-simplifying things a bit, but I hope that makes sense? The upside is, it's just an effect of your monitor and your editing software, and you likely don't need to worry about it. If it goes away when you zoom into the picture and it's showing at 100% original size, you're fine. :)

For the record, your quilt is gorgeous, and I love reading your blog! :DAnnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16906153998390697357noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4778503565905793642.post-9489730051912267582012-07-09T18:06:16.890-04:002012-07-09T18:06:16.890-04:00Loving the geese! It happenes only with solids and could have something to do with the light because it doesn't happen always. But my camera is a very basic point and shoot so it's not likely to be the same issue. It's weird it's gone when you upload in Flickr, perhaps it's something to do with your photo editor on your computer, that would make sense.
Anyways, I just dropped by to thank you for the pattern you put on the Moda Bake shop.
